Our inline continuous annealer for multiple fine wire drawing machine is ideal for annealing 0.12-0.50mm copper wires, tinned copper wires and silver-plated copper wires. The continuous resistance annealer consists of inline annealer, electric control system and cooling fluid circulation system.

Working Requirements
1. Ensure that the workshop has enough space, with minimum height of 4-5 meters.
2. Convenient raw material supply nearby.
3. Qualified staff is kept for the installation, operation and maintenance of this high speed rod breakdown machine.
4. Well-sealed annealing liquid circulating pipeline.
5. This continuous resistance annealer requires stable and sufficient water, power and compressed air supply.
6. Our inline continuous annealer works together with 10-ton (at least) crane, vapor generator, air compressor, wire threader, wire drawing dies, wire drawing lubricant, gear oil and heat exchanger.
Note
1. Please refer to your own requirements on production capacity when choosing the machine.
2. This inline continuous annealer is not suitable for annealing aluminum and aluminum alloy rods, as well as carbon steel and stainless steel rods.
3. Please carry out daily check and maintenance according to requirements.
