Working Requirements
1. Ensure that the workshop has enough space, with minimum height of 4-5 meters.
2. Convenient raw material supply nearby.
3. Qualified staff is kept for the installation, operation and maintenance of this high speed rod breakdown machine.
4. Concentrated drawing fluid circulating pool and well-sealed piping system.
5. This high speed fine wire drawing machine requires stable and sufficient water, power and compressed air supply.
6. Our multiple fine wire drawing machine works together with 15-ton (at least) crane, vapor generator, air compressor, wire threader, wire drawing dies, wire drawing lubricant, gear oil and heat exchanger.
Note

2. This multiwire drawing machine is not suitable for wire drawing of carbon steel or stainless steel rods.
3. Please carry out daily maintenance according to requirements.
