Working Requirements
1. Ensure that the workshop has enough space, with minimum height of 4-5 meters.
2. Convenient raw material supply nearby.
3. Qualified staff is kept for the installation, operation and maintenance of this intermediate wire drawing machine.
4. Concentrated drawing fluid circulating pool and well-sealed piping system.
5. This tandem wire drawing machine requires stable and sufficient water, power and compressed air supply.
6. Our intermediate wire drawing machine works together with 10-ton (at least) crane, vapor generator, air compressor, wire threader, wire drawing dies, wire drawing lubricant, gear oil and heat exchanger.
